The Department of Water and Sanitation’s revised draft regulations on water use licenses require that companies applying for such a license must in future allocate shares of up to 75% to black South Africans for a water use license to be granted. This is crazy and will destroy food security!

What these idiots without an I.Q. that are running South Africa don’t realize is that their own people will have no food and hungry people will stop at nothing to get food. This will definitely be the end of the ruling party
