    Video on social media shows how downpours flooded buildings in Mecca and washed away cars in Saudi Arabia’s holiest city.
    The Saudi Press Agency said rain and wind could limit moderate to heavy visibility, and heavy rain could hit parts of Mecca, Medina, and Tabuk.
    The Holy City’s Crisis and Disaster Management Center has warned residents not to leave their homes unnecessarily.
    Rain fell in parts of Jeddah province as cumulus clouds blocked the sky over the coastal city.
