    Be assured, this is true.  Only two ingredients.  I have made it and it is DELICIOUS, I ate the entire container in two sessions a few hours apart:

    CARAMEL ICE CREAM from Marlena

    1 tin caramel treat condense milk

    3 very fresh extra large eggs

    Turn caramel treat out in deep bowl.  Beat with electric mixer till smooth.

    Wash whisk, beat egg yolks till fluffy

    Wash whisk again, dry beater blades and whisk the egg whites till stiff.

    Add egg yolks to caramel treat and mix well bit whisk.

    Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.  Fold until smooth.

    Pour into bowl and freeze overnight.

    Optional:  I add a tiny bit of Himalyan salt to the egg yolks.

    NB:  You might want to make a double recipe as one will disappear immediately if two people taste it  !!
