Hierarchical ”Leadership” is the Guillotine of Modern Christianity. (Part 1)

Just like the CANCEL CULTURE created by the founders of the New World Order, which is embodied by institutions such as the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, Big Pharma, the Big Tech Corporations and socialist who infiltrated Governments that don’t stand or work for THE PEOPLE but for the Hierarchical privileges of the ELITES – so also, Christianity, infiltrated by Babylon’s ways of crowd control and subjugation, has developed its own CANCEL CULTURE within Christendom by which we persecute Jesus Christ all over again, through persecuting ”the least” of HIS MEMBERS. These members often represent the ”unimportant people” in the faith, the so-called misfits, the ”non team players”, those who don’t go along with the BIG AGENDA to ”build God’s Kingdom” according to the latest version of what that may look like.
Yet, the word ”Kingdom” can be interpreted in many different ways by people, and unfortunately, most often, in ways that puts the LEADERS at the top of that ”kingdom” right there at the table with Jesus – or so they think.
Jesus’s words are used much in the circles of leadership and by many who claim to be on the cutting edge of His ”team.”. Yet many of His words are not adhered to in regards to how the kingdom applies to the least of His brethren.
Just as a large portion of Christendom has embraced the hierarchical leadership model of Roman Emperor Constantine, who first instituted it in the Church, most Christians are also very comfortable with that model of Christianity. They defend it quickly, saying that their leaders ”are not a hierarchy, but are simply front runners at the head of a spear point”. However, such ”’runners” often ”run” God’s people out of the church just like the Jewish leaders ran the followers of Jesus out of the Synagogues – which Jesus also warned His disciples would happen to them.
”I have told you these things so that you won’t abandon your faith. 2 For you will be expelled from the synagogues, ..” (John 16:1,2)
The PROBLEM with hierarchical leadership in Christianity, is that it has a certain CUT-OFF point built into its DNA. Its level of tolerance stops at a certain point – at that point where its AUTHORITY is challenged, denied, or resisted. Since its authority is rooted squarely in an OFFICE or TITLE of leadership that practices a chain-of-command style of rule, it actually falls into the ”lording it over” category, which Jesus warned his own disciples NOT to practice.
    Matthew 20:25-27 (NLT)
25 But Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. 26 But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.
    1 Peter 5:3 (NLT)
‘Don’t lord it over the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your own good example.
However, modern Christianity, running church like a CORPORATION or ORGANIZATION, knows full well that the kind of leadership that Jesus was talking about DOES NOT fit into the pragmatic ways of how modern believers want to ”build the kingdom of God.” Instead, we find in Scripture nothing mentioned about Christians being required to become ”church members”, nor of Christians who must choose which leaders they are to follow or obey. It is this CHOICE ELEMENT of modern pop culture that has become pervasive also in convenience Christianity that smells like consumerism. We are not meant to be spiritual clients to be recruited to organizations who use the precious Name of Jesus Christ to endorse various Christian Empires, called ”’denominations” or whatever these groups prefer to call themselves.
    (Genesis 11:4) (ESV)
Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves …
The early church knew only of ELDERS (& deacons & organic 5-fold ministry) who lead by EXAMPLE, and to whom the believers looked for spiritual wisdom and influence. But they did not have titles, nor did they strut the stages with microphones as the sole oratory contributors, officiating every church event, running churches or controlling meetings. Yet today, the CHOICE factor in the consumer-style Christianity means we can choose who is IN or OUT of our preferred organization. Back then there was no such thing. ALL Christians were accepted in any specific town as God’s eternal family in that particular city – and ALL of them had equal privileges of fellowship and were perceived and accepted as PART OF ”US”.
It is a SHAME that those who call themselves ”leaders” in this consumer driven Christendom cares nothing about restoring the ONLY SYSTEM that supports TRUE UNITY among the brethren, -God’s original organic, early church model. They prefer to hold onto the system of Babyl to ”make a name for themselves” and to ”make a living” rather than re-establishing a non-bias, non-favouritism system of elders and encouraging organic Christian connectivity. They would rather label us as ”out” even though we (all who believe) are already ”in” Christ.
By their choice they have shown that they don’t want to be ”in” with God’s pattern. And I am not quite sure where that will lead them ultimately, because God has already begun with a NEW Jesus Revolution that is going to be out of the grip of their control. And I pray that the Christian landscape will indeed be very different in the new decades that await us. Who knows? Maybe they will eventually repent and rejoin the ranks of God’s people as equal fellow brothers once a revival wave hits us, or the angels visit them to tell them straight how things should be. Regardless, we who want real unity and real fellowship to be restored, should persist in speaking the truth, living it, and leading by example, because our days of breakthrough are eminent.
