* Ingredients:

° 3 cups of 10% cream

° 2 Egg

° 3/4 cup sugar

° 1/2 cup flour

° 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 Cup Split Roasted Coconut

° 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

° 1/4 tsp pure almond extract

° 1 Deep Baked Pie Crust 9 Inch

° 1/2 cup cream whisk 35%

° 1/4 cup sugar

° 1/8 teaspoon pure almond essence

* Preparation:

In a saucepan, mix 10% cream, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.

Mature until thick with stirring. Add the essence and 3/4 cups of roasted coconut, mix well.

Apply cooked and cold crust. Whisk the cream with 1/4 cup of sugar and pure almond extract.

Spread over the pie and sprinkle with the remaining coconut
