It was preached by Pastor/Missionary Evangelist Robert Breaker and shows exactly when a Christian today receives the Holy Spirit of God.
According to the Bible, it is when he believes the Gospel. (Eph. 1:13).
Bro. Breaker also shows how in the book of Acts other people received the Holy Spirit in other ways, but that was because they were Jewish Believers and because the book of Acts was in transition.Today, we are saved under the ministry of the apostle Paul, the apostle to the Gentiles, and we receive the Holy Spirit the way God revealed unto the apostle Paul, by faith alone.
This is a real eye-opener and shows the transition in the book of Acts from receiving the Holy Spirit by water baptism and laying on of hands, to receiving the Holy Spirit by FAITH ALONE in the GOSPEL (1 Cor. 15:1-4)
