REMEMBER: BO-KAROO STOPPED (AND TAPED) IN Orania
*EXCHANGE 2023! * 
The Bo-Karoo Vasbyt is a 100km race or 250km race (by bicycle) over a period of four days. Shorter variations of 55km/116km (bicycle) are also offered.
We would like to encourage you to register as soon as possible and book your stay.
The closing date is *1st March 2023*
The Hangout dates are as follows;

_Registration and reception_

_Information Session_
18:00 – 19:30

_Day 1 – Day 4_
– Opening: 06:15
– Kick off: 6:30 pm
_The participants have up to 12 hours to complete the day’s route. _
Distances per day:
* Run:* Between 9 and 16 km per day
*hangout:* Between 14 and 33 km per day
*Stairway:* Between 25 and 33 km per day
*Vastrap:* Between 42 and 80 km per day
*Take note
– There are no toilet facilities on the routes.
– There will be – two water points per day (Bring your own water bottle)
– Strava routes will be sent to you nearer the time.
