    Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) are driving up and down streets in the country, warning businesses to remain closed on the day of their national shutdown to avoid looting.
    CLOSE DOWN ALL BUSINESSES TO AVOID LOOTING
    In the video, you can see EFF supporters handing out pamphlets and announcing businesses to remain closed on the day of the national shutdown to avoid looting.
    The fighters are planning a national shutdown on 20 Mach 2023 in the fight to get rid of ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa.
    Eff members have been driving down streets handing out pamphlets, and warning businesses not to operate on the day of the national shutdown to avoid looting. The members said every business owner and factory owner must close their business to avoid looting.
    EFF WARNS BUSINESSES OF LOOTING DURING NATIONAL SHUTDOWN
    “To avoid the looting, close down all your businesses; to avoid looting, close down all factories. To avoid looting, close down everything. Nothing will be operating on that day. We are avoiding the looting,” the Eff said.

    They invited South Africans to join the march. “Come and join the march, my brother; come and join the march, my sister,” the message further said. The Rational Youth Movement has since called on the youth in South Africa to throw their weight behind the EFF and support the national shutdown.
    The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) announced its support for the national shutdown
    However, Nhlanhla Lux has encouraged members of society to open claims against Julius Malema should any of their livelihoods be disrupted by the national shutdown, as reported by The South African.
